  Project Overview: Facing the major national strategies and based on the agricultural environment needs of coal mining areas in Shanxi Province, the project carries out research on soil reconstruction and rapid fertilization of industrial and mining wastelands, microbial restoration in mine reclamation and ecological restoration, carbon sequestration technology of farmland ecosystems in industrial and mining wastelands, and bioremediation technology of contaminated soil in industrial and mining areas in areas such as coal mining subsidence areas, gangue filling areas, open-pit coal mine excavation areas, and coal industry agglomeration areas, so as to promote the ecological restoration and quality improvement of coal mine reclamation areas.

  Research Objectives: To establish integrated reclamation and ecological restoration technologies for mining-industrial areas, enhance the ecological efficiency of reclaimed soils, and mitigate environmental pollution risks; to develop specialized green functional bio-fertilizers and achieve their industrial production, thereby providing comprehensive support for the mine reclamation initiatives in our province.
